Why do we need your personal information and what do we do with it?
We use your information to contact you by email or telephone and to maintain our records of Customers and potential clients. We also hold your email address and name for communicating to you via email, including sending you information of our services, and offers. We will only hold your personal information on an electronic database. The electronic database is held on an encrypted computer system.

How long do we keep your information for?

IP Addresses and Cookies:
We may collect information about your computer, including when available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration and to report aggregate information to our advertisers. This is statistical data about our users’ browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual. For the same reason, we may obtain information about your general internet usage by using a cookie file which is stored on the hard drive of your computer. We also use Lead Forensics to help analyse use of our website. This analytical tool also uses “cookies” to collect standard internet log information and visitor behaviour information in an anonymous form.
We will not (and will not allow any third party) to use the statistical analytics tool to track or to collect any personally identifiable information of visitors to our site. Lead Analytics will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Lead Analytics. Neither TG Online Services or Lead Analytics will link, or seek to link, an IP address with the identity of a computer user.
We will, however, use the information gathered and any freely available information available in the public domain to inform our marketing campaigns and to help us identify corporate individuals who we feel may be interested in our products and services. We will never use the tool to bring together information about an individual’s personal email address or other information such as personal telephone or home address.
Marketing activities could be in the form of telephone, email and post. When we use email for this corporate purpose we will always give the individual or organisation we contact the option to opt out of receiving any further information.
